Volunteer

Volunteers are the heart and soul of ARC’s operations. Whether you have specific skills to lend or just want to lend a hand, your efforts make the difference to ARC’s success.

Volunteers help with land projects, out in the community, in the office and with special projects.

Volunteer Profile:

Jeff Alley

When asked why he volunteers for the Conservancy, Jeff says

"I like to do work locally, especially in areas that I'm familiar with - where I hike and spend time with my family.  It's more personal than donating money, which is important, but contributing your time means a lot."

When asked what he likes best about trail maintenance, Jeff says,

"I like the camaraderie, getting to know people with similar interests, and being in the middle of the woods.  You can't beat that."
