Hit the Trail!
Our region is full of recreational opportunities for the hiker, mountain biker, equestrian, boater, rock-climber, and general outdoor enthusiast.
Many of the trails listed here would not be publicly accessible without the support of American River Conservancy partners, volunteers and members. Thank you!
Trails are part of the landscape, and trail closures can occur for many reasons. Storms, heavy use and the need for repair can all cause trail closures. Remember to
avoid using the trails for at least three days following rain; this can help avoid significant erosion damage and possible trail closures. Before you hit the trail, please consultTrail Tips and Etiquette for ways to share the trail with everyone.
Volunteer your time to support the trails. Put in some sweat equity and join us for trail workdays. We have tasks for everyone. Don’t have time to spare?
