Win a FREE Trip on an Epic Sierra Adventure

The Conservancy has once again partnered with outdoor retailer Royal Robbins for the 'My Epic Adventure' essay contest. The winning entry will receive a FREE trip on one of our Rivers, Rocks and Ranges tours. We received numerous entries from youth, ages 14-18, and the application period is now closed. The winner will be  announced June 1st.

Royal Robbins Inc. is a "wildly, enthusiastic, customer-oriented Team guided by the principles of integrity, fair play, and fueled by a passion for adventure." It's these values that make them an ideal partner with Epic Sierra, where we strive to provide high-quality adventure programming at affordable prices. We believe all youth, regardless of socio-economic status, deserve the change to get outside and explore.

Visit Epic Sierra’s website for trip details, prices, and scholarship details.

Support the Salmon Falls Ranch Project

Nestled along the South Fork of the American River’s mouth to Folsom Lake, the 604 acre Salmon Falls Ranch, is a stunning and easily accessible natural wonder.

Home to wildlife, beautiful riparian corridors, green woodland pastures and a popular trail system, the Salmon Falls Ranch acquisition and restoration will have tremendous benefit for people, wildlife and the environment.

Your support is needed to grow this unique wildlife and recreational resource, separating the lush, rural mountains to the East, from the fast-paced, urban environments to the West.
