Salmon Falls Ranch Hike

Wakamatsu Farm Work Day

Tuesday, April 17th from 10am-2pm The Giving Garden is a part of the historic Wakamatsu farm where volunteers assist in seasonal plantings, weed management, mulch application, fruit tree pruning, crop and orchard fertilizing, seed germination, plant propagation as well as fruit and veggie harvesting. Lipa Falls Work Day

May 1; 9am – 1pm Help us do some spring cleaning at ARC’s  Lipa Falls Preserve.  This annual cleanup day will focus on downed/dead wood removal for fire safety, weed removal and blackberry trimming.  A short hike along the spectacular creek and waterfalls after our workday will round out this day. Grand Opening- Acorn Creek Trailhead Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Spivey Pond Restoration Work Day

Join ARC stewardship staff at Spivey Pond for a day of restoration! Wednesday, May 16th from 9am-1pm  We will be focusing on invasive plant removal (some Himalayan blackberry bushes) and native grass, sedge and forb planting to enhance red-legged frog habitat and lower erosion potential.
